It was built in the trenches — by performance marketers who spent years managing millions in ad spend for organizations across the United States, from high-growth healthcare organizations to nationwide service businesses. We lived the pain every day: pouring budget into campaigns, watching leads come in, but never being able to definitively answer the question that matters most — which dollars actually turned into revenue?

When a user clicks your ad, the request passes through our system before the page even loads — in milliseconds, we capture and store the full network request, including UTMs, click IDs, bot analysis, geo data, and more, directly in your own BigQuery data warehouse. By the time your website renders, the full request is already available in your BigQuery table — ad blockers and browser privacy features never get a chance to interfere.

Yes. APAS® Cloud is built from the ground up with HIPAA compliance front and center. Our entire infrastructure runs on HIPAA-compliant industry-leading Enterprise cloud solutions — Cloudflare, Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex, etc.), Railway, PostHog, Supabase, Windmill, and others — all of which have signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with APAS® Cloud. The full BAA chain is available upon request. We also provide a direct BAA with the covered entity and will accept custom BAAs provided by the client.

All of them. APAS® Cloud integrates with all major ad platform networks and CRMs/EHRs. If you use a system we don’t already have a connector for, we’ll build that API integration immediately and make it available. There is no platform or system we cannot work with.

Fast. The technical integration can be completed in under a week. APAS® Cloud is built around your organization to maximize performance — unlike off-the-shelf solutions, we tailor the setup to your specific ad platforms, CRM, and workflows, including building custom integrations where needed. The only thing that typically extends the timeline is the logistics of planning and sharing access to your internal platforms.

APAS® Cloud works for any industry — healthcare compliance is our edge, not our limit. If your organization runs advertising and relies on lead generation to drive revenue, APAS® Cloud will work for you. The only exception currently is pure ecommerce. However, due to the nature of being an advertising intelligence platform, organizations need a substantial advertising budget to get the most out of APAS® Cloud. Depending on your sales process, we typically recommend a minimum ad spend of $30k/month to generate sufficient data for meaningful analysis and optimizations.

Yes. We guarantee a significant performance boost alongside a significant increase in visibility and intelligence across your advertising. If, for whatever reason, APAS® Cloud is not making a real difference in the first 90 days, we’ll refund your entire investment. In addition, we charge in arrears, not up front — meaning you get to enjoy the platform for a full month, make optimizations, redirect wasted budget from bots and non-converting segments to actual humans who convert, before your first invoice is due. The platform fee for APAS® Cloud is paid for by your performance gains and waste savings, not out of your pocket.

Yes, 100%. All your data lives in your own BigQuery data warehouse — not ours. You have full access to query, export, and use your data however you want. If you ever leave APAS® Cloud, your data stays with you. There is no vendor lock-in.

Yes. APAS® Cloud is built for privacy compliance at every layer. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — when a visitor’s browser sends GPC, all tracking is automatically disabled. For organizations in states that require explicit opt-in consent, our integrated consent banner loads no identifiers or cookies until the visitor accepts, and every downstream process respects that decision. Anonymous visitors are never profiled; identification only occurs when a visitor submits a form, scheduler booking, or quiz with explicit consent. Network requests captured at the edge are stored in your BigQuery warehouse for legitimate business purposes (bot detection, fraud prevention, threat analysis) and contain no personally identifiable information. No data ever leaves the APAS® Cloud ecosystem — we use no third-party scripts or cookies. Data activation consent is captured at every submission via opt-in/opt-out mechanisms on forms, schedulers, and quizzes; that signal flows into a central consent ledger and is enforced at ad-platform delivery time (Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok) — not just logged in your database. Visitors can request immediate data removal via our built-in “DELETE MY DATA” mechanism, and every consent decision is recorded server-side for audit. APAS® Flows is a drag-and-drop visual process builder for connecting and automating across your entire stack. You compose flows that trigger on APAS® Cloud events — form submissions, phone calls, quiz completions, scheduler bookings, RAG conversations, CRM stage transitions, scheduled triggers — or on external signals via inbound webhooks and Pub/Sub messages, so any third-party system or event stream can drive a flow. From there you design each flow to do anything you want: enrich data, score leads, transform payloads, branch on conditions, delay execution, or route customer data to your warehouse, CRM/EHR, CDP, or ad platforms. What each flow actually does is entirely up to you — drag nodes onto the canvas in any order, configure each one, publish. It replaces the stack most marketing ops teams assemble manually (typically a marketing automation tool, a CDP, a reverse-ETL tool, and custom engineering time), but with one critical difference: it’s already integrated with every APAS® module, every attribution row, every CRM connector, and every ad platform API — so you never lose click-level attribution context between tools.
