An enriched record is a record the platform captures, screens, verifies, enriches, and delivers to your CRM — a form submission, quiz submission, scheduler booking, inbound call, text conversation, or AI conversation. Pageviews, ad clicks, events, bot screening, and activation are unlimited and included — the record count only sizes your plan. Activation — CRM delivery, offline conversions, audience building — is included with every record and never metered: proper activation is impossible without the enrichment, so the two ship together. The HIPAA edition covers the platform end to end under a BAA — PHI-safe processing, consent management, Strict Mode, and audit posture — for organizations handling PHI.

What's included
Capture · Enrichment · Attribution · Anti-fraud
Network-level data capture & analysis
Ad blocker & ITP immune with zero data loss. Every paid click is assigned an anonymous APAS® Click ID — unique to that click, no PII attached — threading from click → pageview → conversion → closed deal to anchor the ad-spend-to-revenue chain. Paid clicks and organic pageviews alike are captured at the network level and bot-scored, so every visit — not just the ones you paid for — is accounted for in one place.
Tag Manager — first-party event tracking
Define unlimited custom tracking tags in-platform — your own alternative to Google Tag Manager, running first-party on your domain and same-origin on every visitor-facing hostname. Every APAS® Cloud module — forms, quizzes, schedulers, calls, SMS, RAG conversations — captures its events natively with attribution built in, nothing to tag; tags are for everything else that happens on your site. Fire a tag on anything a visitor does — clicks, form submits, element visibility, page views, scroll depth, time on page, or any combination of those — then capture it into APAS® Analytics, forward it to your own Google Tag Manager and pixels, or show the visitor a responsive, on-brand banner in real time. Custom events are the sharp end: name the specific thing you want to track — a quote calculated, a financing check passed, a booking step reached, a coupon revealed — define it as a tag in the Tag Manager, publish, and your site fires it automatically: the tag runtime already runs first-party on your domain. Sites tagged for GTM fire on the dataLayer events they already push, no re-tagging — and your own code can emit events directly with apas.track('quote_completed', { service: 'roof_replacement', value: 8200 }). Every event automatically carries the visitor's APAS® ID and APAS® Click ID, so each one lands as a step in a real person's journey, attributed to the ad click that started it. And the most powerful part: any event, built-in or custom, can trigger an automation in APAS® Flows the moment it fires — 'quote completed' becomes an instant follow-up, a CRM update, or an offline conversion.
Universal event enrichment
Every event is fully enriched at ingestion time — before it is stored, before it is delivered. Ad clicks and pageviews are enriched the moment they hit the network layer: bot & fraud scores, geo and device intelligence, UTMs and click IDs, and identity threading on the anonymous APAS® ID. Conversions — form submissions, quizzes, bookings, inbound calls and texts, RAG conversations — get the full treatment on top: click-level attribution recovered from the network layer (source, campaign, ad group, keyword, click IDs), plus real-time email and phone verification. Only then does anything land: stored fully enriched in your own BigQuery warehouse and delivered fully enriched to your CRM/EHR and every downstream process — no system in your stack ever holds a bare, unattributed record.
A/B testing
Server-side multi-arm tests on your live paid traffic. Variants are real destination URLs (different pages, layouts, offers), assigned deterministically at the edge by the APAS® Click ID before the page loads — no flicker, no cookie, no client-side script to block. mSPRT always-valid p-values let you peek anytime without inflating false positives; Bayesian win probability answers the question stakeholders actually ask; sample-ratio-mismatch detection flags a broken split before you trust the result; a pre-test sample-size calculator sets an honest finish line before you start. Scored on the red → green conversion ladder — booked consults, closed deals, revenue — not button clicks. Promote the winning variant with one click.
True same-origin analytics
APAS® Analytics runs first-party on your domain — same-origin on every visitor-facing hostname. Every pageview, event, feature-flag decision, and session-recording payload served through your site, not from a third-party tracker host. Ad blocker & ITP immune, no third-party scripts, no cross-site cookies. It runs on your own PostHog project (free for most; PostHog's BAA plan for PHI), and every event streams straight into your own BigQuery data warehouse — the same rows that power your analytics dashboards in-platform, so you own everything you see.
Click fraud detection & automated blocking
Every ad click is scored at the network edge — Cloudflare Enterprise bot score, verified-bot flag, and JA3 TLS fingerprint — before the browser runs. Device fingerprinting and sliding-window analysis catch rotating attackers and competitor click-drain (5+ clicks in 90 minutes). Then automation takes over: every hour, confirmed bots, competitor devices, and automated networks are blocked in your Google Ads account, with the response matched to confidence — account-wide for the worst offenders, campaign-level for the rest. Blocks rotate as threats come and go, keeping exclusion lists inside Google’s limits and aimed at active threats — and shared networks carrying real people alongside bots are never blocked, so protection never costs you real customers. Every action lands in an auditable activity trail, and for Microsoft Advertising, one click copies your priority-ranked offender list for manual exclusion.
Identity resolution (APAS® ID threading)
Every visitor is assigned an immutable, anonymous APAS® ID at first pageview — no PII attached — and it persists across sessions, subdomains, and months of return visits. It stays anonymous until the visitor self-identifies (form submission, scheduler booking, phone call, text, RAG conversation) — and at that moment their entire anonymous history joins retroactively: every session, pageview, and ad click from weeks or months earlier is stitched onto the identified lead. Identification then extends across the visitor's devices, and even inbound phone calls are resolved server-side back to the caller's web identity. And above it sits the APAS® Person ID — one per human — holding every APAS® ID, click ID, email, and phone they have ever appeared under, so anonymous sessions, identified leads, and revenue join on one deterministic identity through every CRM sync, stage transition, and the closed-won deal. No probabilistic stitching, no cross-site tracking, no identity-graph vendor.
QR Manager — trackable QR codes for offline marketing
Generate unlimited branded QR codes for offline placements — flyers, billboards, magazines, TV. Each code carries your destination URL plus full UTM tagging, so every scan lands as a tracked source and threads onto the anonymous APAS® ID assigned at first pageview — closing the offline-to-online attribution gap. Match your brand with custom colors and a center logo, then export print-ready PNG, SVG, or PDF.
Builders · Lead capture
Custom form builder with built-in attribution
Build unlimited custom forms and collect unlimited submissions — every field type you need (text, email, phone, dropdowns, radios, checkboxes, dates, file uploads, consent), with invisible bot screening (no CAPTCHA friction for real users) and real-time email and phone verification the moment a field is completed. Forms embed as native HTML — never iframes — with in-depth CSS defenses against style conflicts, so the APAS® ID and APAS® Click ID are readable at submission: bulletproof attribution on every lead. Make forms dynamic with no-code conditional logic — reveal fields based on earlier answers, and change the submit button, redirect, or success message on the fly. Run custom JavaScript on submit (with an AI assistant to write it for you), style everything to your brand in a live preview that IS the real form, and every version is snapshotted with one-click restore.
Custom quiz & calculator builder with built-in attribution
Build unlimited quizzes, assessments, and calculators with Typeform-style card-per-question UX — single and multi-select, dropdowns, short and long answers, and info cards, with auto-advance and smart field focus keeping completion friction near zero. Make quizzes dynamic with no-code conditional logic — reveal or skip questions based on earlier answers, so every respondent follows a path tailored to them. Weighted scoring is enforced server-side (a crafted request can't forge a result) and routes each respondent to score-based outcomes, and built-in lead capture lands every submission fully attributed — screened invisibly for bots (no CAPTCHA friction for real prospects) with real-time email and phone verification. Every version snapshotted with one-click restore.
Custom landing page builder
Build unlimited landing pages in a visual section builder — no developer needed. Compose from 30 section types (heroes, features, testimonials, pricing tables, galleries, countdowns, comparisons, sticky CTAs, and more), start from 22 ready-made templates — or let AI do the building. Chat with APAS® AI right inside the builder: describe the page you want and it designs it with you, section by section. Or bring your own HTML — build the page with the AI of your choice (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, anything), paste the HTML or upload the file, and APAS® AI rebuilds it into fully editable builder sections (or preserves it pixel-faithful, your call). Embed your APAS® forms and schedulers directly as sections for native, fully attributed lead capture, brand everything — colors, Google Fonts, custom CSS — with full SEO control (meta tags, Open Graph, favicon), a media library, undo/redo, and 50-version history with one-click restore. Publishing pushes static HTML to the Cloudflare Enterprise edge on your own subdomain, so pages load blisteringly fast — and published pages drop straight into your A/B tests as variants.
Custom scheduler builder with built-in attribution
Build unlimited custom schedulers and take unlimited bookings. Connect any mix of Google Calendar and Microsoft/Outlook accounts per staff member — availability syncs in real time across every connected calendar, bookings distribute round-robin (or least-busy) across the team, and each booking writes a real calendar event with configurable duration, buffer times, and reminders. Bookers get a confirmation email with a manage link they can use themselves — rescheduling and cancellation handled end to end — with full timezone intelligence on both sides. Real-time email and phone verification at booking, full attribution carried on every booking, calendar OAuth tokens encrypted at rest, and every version snapshotted with one-click restore.
Custom AI-powered RAG engine with built-in attribution *
Build unlimited AI assistants grounded exclusively on your own knowledge base: upload documents into reusable corpora and the assistant answers only from them — never inventing details, prices, or policies. Customize everything — reusable system prompts (persona, scope, tone), compliance guardrails with prohibited and preferred phrasing enforced by automatic rewrite, crisis detection with escalation, and a fully branded widget embedded inline or as a floating chat bubble. Lead capture is form-native: mid-conversation, the assistant renders one of your real APAS® Forms chat-native — with real-time email and phone verification — so a RAG lead is a first-class, fully attributed submission, and it books real appointments in-chat against your schedulers. Agent Mode upgrades the assistant into a full APAS® AI Agent with tools. And your team stays in control: silently monitor any conversation live, take over from the AI mid-chat, or work the escalation queue. Every conversation lands attributed in your own BigQuery — unlimited RAGs, unlimited conversations.
Voice · Messaging
Full inbound call center with agent routing *
Run your phone operation end-to-end in-platform: acquire numbers in-app, build IVR phone menus ("press 1 for sales, 2 for support"), and route every inbound call with the full toolkit — ring one agent or a whole team, skill-based routing with live agent presence (online / on break / offline), hold queues with music and position announcements, whisper context to the agent before they pick up ("existing patient, last visit March"), press-1-to-accept with configurable ring timeouts, voicemail with optional transcription when nobody's available, and custom call-handling rules for anything else. Every call lands in the Calls & Messages dashboard, fully attributed to its source. Carrier compliance (A2P 10DLC and toll-free verification) is prepared and filed for you in-app, call recording is suppressible for PHI, and it all runs HIPAA-compliant on your own Twilio account — your numbers, billing, and call data stay entirely yours.
Custom call tracking with deterministic attribution *
Choose your tracking scope: paid traffic only (smallest pool, zero spend on unattributable organic calls) or all traffic (every inbound call attributed to its exact source — paid keyword, organic, or direct). Deterministic, no time-window guessing.
AI agents on your calls & texts *
Put APAS® AI Agents on the phone lines. An inbound text triggers a flow where an agent — grounded on your knowledge bases, remembering each contact across their thread — answers, qualifies, and books in seconds, at any hour. Every exchange lands in the Messaging inbox, where your team watches live and can take over any AI-handled conversation at any time. On calls, agents work both ends of the conversation: pre-connect they can weigh in on the routing decision alongside attribution, CRM lookups, and bot scores; the moment a call completes they summarize the outcome, tag it, and draft the follow-up.
Two-way SMS messaging with templates *
Inbound and outbound SMS with reusable templates, threaded conversations per visitor, and full attribution carried through each message — from first ad click to closed deal.
Enriched Records · 360° Person Detail · The Heart of APAS® CloudThe unit your plan is sized by
Where everything you capture becomes one person you can actually see.

Every form, quiz, booking, call, text, and AI conversation lands in one place — screened, verified, enriched with the full attribution chain, and delivered. That is an Enriched Record. Open any one of them and the platform opens the whole human behind it: the 360° Person Detail, from their first anonymous visit to the revenue they closed.

Enriched in milliseconds — before your CRM ever sees it
Every record runs the full pipeline the moment it arrives: screened against bot and fraud signals scored at the network edge, email and phone verified in real time, attributed to the exact click that produced it, and resolved to the person behind it — in milliseconds, before delivery. Your CRM receives the finished record, complete with scores, verification badges, and the full attribution chain. No system in your stack ever holds a bare, unattributed lead.
The whole journey on one screen
Every ad click — including earlier clicks last-click tracking hides — every pageview and session, every form, call, and conversation, every automated message you sent them, every CRM stage, through to real closed revenue. In order, with the exact time between each step.
One person, every device
Three identifiers, one hierarchy. Every device carries an immutable, anonymous APAS® ID from its first pageview — no PII attached, persisting across sessions and months of return visits. Every paid click mints its own APAS® Click ID, threading that click to the pageviews and conversions it produced. And above them sits the APAS® Person ID — one per human — holding every APAS® ID, every click ID, every email and phone they have ever appeared under.
The attribution ledger, kept verbatim
Initial attribution is set once from the first capture and never rewritten. Latest attribution holds each field’s last known value — source, medium, campaign, term, content, referrer, landing page, click time — so a sparser capture never blanks what an earlier click established. And beneath them the platform holds the last-known click ID per ad platform as activation fuel, so whichever stage you optimize for, the freshest click is already on file and inside the attribution window. Empty means empty: a field nobody ever sent stays empty — nothing is inferred.
What they cost, what they are worth
Their acquisition cost from the month and platform that actually bought them, their conversion rate, the revenue they have produced, and a projected value built from your own matured cohorts — shown only once your history is deep enough to be honest about it.
Every activation, audited on the person
Each conversion delivered to your ad platforms is recorded right on the person who produced it — which stage, which platform, which conversion action, and when. When someone asks why the ad account got smarter, the receipts are one click away: the same profile that shows the revenue shows every signal that taught the algorithms to find it.
Live, and annotated by your team
See whether they are on your site right now and the page they are reading. Add notes to the person or to a single moment, so the next person who opens this profile inherits everything your team already knows.
Only fully enriched records count. If the platform cannot complete a record's enrichment, it never counts toward your band — you only ever pay for work that demonstrably finished. Pageviews, ad clicks, events, bot screening, and activation stay unlimited on every plan.
Data Pipelines
Real-time CRM/EHR conversion sync into APAS® Cloud
Your CRM reports conversions directly: you define which stages count, mapped to the APAS® Cloud five-stage conversion ladder — new lead (red), qualified lead (orange), new opportunity (yellow), approved (white), customer (green) — and each one is delivered straight to APAS® Cloud, by your CRM’s own webhook or by an APAS® Flow reading your CRM for you, whichever your system does best. The payload needs almost nothing: every CRM record APAS® Cloud creates already carries its APAS® ID and APAS® Click ID, and echoing those two back is enough to resolve the person’s full 360° Person Detail and activate on their last-known attribution — no sensitive data ever required to leave your CRM. The conversion payload can also carry real revenue values where appropriate, and a free-form properties object APAS® Cloud reads end to end: it segments your analytics reports on the dimensions your business actually uses, and APAS® Flows can branch on it or act upon it, refining your data activation even further. It all flows into your BigQuery and powers the full suite of intelligence reports below, stage-aware conversion events, offline conversions back to your ad platforms, and customer-LTV modeling. The payload is data-minimized by design: timestamp, stage, anonymous record ID, value, APAS® IDs, and the properties you choose — never your full CRM record.
Hourly ad platform pipelines into BigQuery
Every ad platform — Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and more — synced hourly into your own BigQuery project: spend, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, impressions, clicks, and conversions, the platforms’ own reported numbers all in one warehouse. Spend is the one signal that can never arrive as an event — no webhook carries it, and it holds no sensitive records — so it gets the lane built for it: scheduled, complete, and always current. Landed beside your conversion ladder, it becomes the cost side of every answer the platform gives you: cross-platform MER/ROAS dashboards, spend pacing with end-of-month projection, cost-per-outcome at every conversion stage, the spend-to-conversion curves behind your scaling forecasts, AI-driven waste detection — down to the acquisition cost stamped on each person’s 360° profile, from the month and platform that actually bought them.
APAS® AI · The Intelligence SummitRuns in your own cloud
Ask your whole business a question in plain English.

APAS® AI is wired through the APAS® MCP gateway to every table in your warehouse — your ad platforms, your calls, your conversions, your enriched records. It answers from your own data, not from the internet: grounded, not guessing, and it will show you the query it ran.

APAS® AI *
Integrated HIPAA-compliant AI (Gemini 3.1 Pro) across all your data. Ask questions, get advanced insights, performance-boosting recommendations & accurate forecasts. Includes daily AI-powered Waste & Opportunities analysis that identifies where your budget is being wasted and where to scale. APAS® AI runs in your own Google Cloud project (Vertex AI), under the same Google BAA as your BigQuery — you pay Google directly for usage, at cost, with no markup from us.
APAS® MCP
Connect any MCP-compatible AI tool — Claude Desktop, Cursor, TypingMind, and more — directly to your APAS® Cloud data via Model Context Protocol, without exporting a single row. Query attribution, conversions, and warehouse data from the AI client of your choice. Organizations handling PHI: the downstream AI tool you connect must also be HIPAA-compliant (APAS® Cloud is BAA-covered on our side).
APAS® AI Agents *
Build unlimited autonomous AI agents visually on the APAS® Flows canvas — wire a Chat Model (pick the model, tune temperature and reasoning effort), Tools, and Memory into an agent's ports, no code required. Tools give the agent real capabilities: query your BigQuery warehouse through APAS® MCP, search your knowledge bases for grounded answers, or call built-in platform tools — the agent reasons in a tool-calling loop and decides when to use them. Put agents to work on real operations: qualify and score every inbound lead the moment it arrives, summarize and tag call transcripts, draft personalized follow-ups, keep CRM records enriched and clean, or investigate a spend anomaly straight from your warehouse. Trigger them from anything in your stack — a form submission, an inbound call or SMS, a booking, a webhook, a schedule — and they do the work inside the automation itself.
Your keys, your cloud. AI runs on your own Google Cloud project (Vertex AI) and is billed to you directly at cost — never marked up, never resold, never locked to us.
Intelligence Reports
APAS® Cloud intelligence reports
The standard analytics suite — every report reads from your own BigQuery warehouse, attribution-complete, down to the deal. Web Analytics, Source / Medium, Ad Campaigns, Calls & Messages, and Attribution Coverage out of the box, plus three flagships that go far beyond anything off the shelf. User Flows renders how visitors actually move through your site as an interactive flow diagram: break entries down by source, medium, campaign, term, content, channel, or landing page; group steps by page or by site section; watch each step narrow as drop-off bites (bounce and continue rates up top); isolate any single source, or re-root the diagram on any page to see the paths in, the paths out, or both around it. Flip on the conversion heat-map and every page shades by the share of its sessions that converted, ranked by traffic or by conversions — down to following one single visitor's paths. Multi-touch Attribution stitches every converter's visits into one journey on the deterministic APAS® ID and reads it a dozen ways: a cross-visit channel flow you can re-root on any touch — or trace one visitor through end to end; an attribution model comparison that credits the same conversions four ways side by side (first-touch, last-touch, linear, time-decay); paid channel efficiency with ad spend reconciled per channel; the conversion stage ladder by channel; time-to-convert by channel; direct vs assisted trends; journey paths; sessions-to-convert distribution; and channel roles — all filterable to any conversion stage, from new lead to closed customer, including the stat last-click tools can never show you: the share of your converters who needed multiple visits to get there. And Landing Pages ranks every page you land traffic on — sessions, conversions, bounce, dwell — filterable to human-scored traffic only, then drills into any page: a sources → page → onward-flow diagram, conversion-rate breakdowns by source, campaign, term, device, region, browser, and OS, the scroll depth of converters vs everyone else, the bot-score quality mix of its traffic, a performance-over-time chart plotting daily sessions against conversion rate — so a CR cliff or a traffic spike stands out instantly — and auto-written insights that tell you why the page performs the way it does — a mobile-vs-desktop conversion gap, a CTA sitting below where non-converters stop scrolling, a source feeding suspicious clicks — with the whole drilldown re-scopable to a single source or campaign.
Full-funnel performance reports — included for every client
These are not an enterprise tier or a bespoke engagement: every report below ships to every account, computed straight from your warehouse and updated hourly or daily. Three of them read the same funnel at three different moments. Funnel Performance is the present tense: it connects spend → impressions → clicks → pageviews → forms → CRM stages per campaign and automatically flags the biggest drop-off, so your bottleneck names itself. The Performance Scaling Model asks what happens if you push that funnel harder — it fits each campaign's own spend-to-conversion curve from twelve months of its history and estimates, with a confidence band it always discloses, the spend required to hit any target volume at any conversion stage: from the monthly minimum the bidding algorithms need to steer, up to deliberate what-would-scaling-cost forecasts, diminishing returns built in (the cheapest clicks go first). Its funnel is fully editable — tweak any stage-to-stage conversion rate for what-if analysis and the change flows straight through required spend, projected CPA, and ROI — and with your customer value plugged in (pre-filled from your configured revenue values), every forecast projects the customers it would produce, the revenue, and the ROI, so you know whether a scale-up actually pays before you spend it. The Funnel Simulator covers the case neither of those can: a funnel that does not exist yet. The Scaling Model needs three months of tracked history before a campaign appears in it, so a business standing up its first funnel would be blind for a quarter — precisely when the cost picture matters most. Instead you draw the funnel you intend to build, put your own estimates on each step, and solve for the budget that hits your target, handing over to the measured model once real data arrives. Every figure stays labelled as an estimate you typed, never dressed up as something we measured. Around that trio: MER Reports read the whole economic ladder per platform and campaign — spend, clicks, CPC, then cost-per-outcome at every conversion stage, so you see what a new lead, a qualified lead, an opportunity, an approved deal, and a paying customer each actually cost, with stage-to-stage conversion rates. Customer Deltas measures sales-cycle velocity: days from lead to close, cohorted monthly and segmented by source, so you know every channel's true revenue lag. Plus month-to-date Spend Pacing with end-of-month projection, ROAS & ROI with true ROAS (agency fees included) and LTV per platform, and the daily APAS® AI-powered Waste & Opportunities analysis — all reading your own conversion stages and revenue values, so they arrive shaped to your business without anyone building you a one-off.
APAS® Flows · The Activation SummitReplaces the automation stack
Turn any answer into automation the same day.

APAS® Flows is a drag-and-drop builder for your entire stack: any event → enrich, score, branch, or run real code → any destination. One canvas in place of the three tools most teams stitch together — a customer data platform, a data-activation (reverse-ETL) layer, and a workflow-automation engine — which run $10,000$25,000+/mo combined, in three bills, with three failure points. And the part none of them can copy: every flow runs with the whole 360° person in hand — the resolved human, their full journey, their attribution and their economics, already joined — instead of a disconnected event payload you re-stitch at the destination.

APAS® Flows
Drag-and-drop visual process builder. Build flows that enrich, transform, and route data — triggered by anything in your stack: form submissions, calls, AI alerts, schedules, inbound webhooks, or Pub/Sub messages. Push to your warehouse, CRM/EHR, CDP, and ad platforms. Drop in dedicated JavaScript, TypeScript, or SQL code nodes when you need them — and put APAS® AI Agents right on the canvas as flow steps: they reason over each item, call their tools, and hand the result to the next node. Every run captured node-by-node for full audit and one-click retry. Replaces the typical reverse-ETL + integration stack with one canvas — already integrated with every APAS® module and every attribution row. Build unlimited flows, execute unlimited runs.
APAS® AI coding assistant — in every code & query node *
Every code-shaped node in the flow builder — the TypeScript / JavaScript code node, SQL and BigQuery query nodes — has APAS® AI built in as a split-pane coding assistant: chat on one side, your live code editor on the other, AI edits applied instantly. And it isn't a generic copilot: it has the full context of your flow — the nodes upstream and downstream, the real sample data flowing into the node, your flow variables, and the current code — so it writes TypeScript and SQL against the exact data shapes your flow actually produces. Describe what the step should do; it writes, explains, refactors, and hardens the code for you.
Lead & customer scoring
You define the scoring rules yourself in APAS® Flows — each rule adds positive or negative points when its condition matches against any data the flow can read. Two of many potential strategies: (1) Real-time on inbound events: score every form submission, phone call, scheduler booking, or RAG conversation at the moment of capture, drawing on form fields, attribution, bot scores, CRM lookups, and any upstream node output — before the enriched payload reaches your CRM. (2) Batch on converted customers: build separate flows that query your BigQuery warehouse for already-converted customers and run custom scoring across them, emitting sophisticated revenue-based segments and customer scores. Either path feeds the same activation surfaces: ad-platform audiences, sales prioritization, retention workflows, and bid-optimization on predicted value.
Offline conversions — your ads optimize for revenue, not form fills
The hardest infrastructure in performance marketing, built in: sending real downstream outcomes back to your ad platforms as offline conversions — not just "a lead came in." Feed the algorithms form-fills and they optimize for more form-fills; feed them deeper-funnel outcomes — qualified prospects, booked appointments, closed customers, revenue — and they hunt for buyers instead. Almost nobody runs this, because it takes every layer working at once: click IDs that survive ad blockers, identity that survives devices and phone calls, a value on every stage, dedup, and consent gating at delivery. APAS® Flows ships it as a canvas step: your CRM sends APAS® Cloud a webhook the moment a stage change you marked as important happens, and the platform handles the rest — a server-side, stage-valued offline conversion to every ad platform you run, in real time. Every click's ID is captured along the journey and the latest one is activated, so whichever stage you optimize for lands inside the platforms' 90-day attribution window. Native nodes cover the major ad platforms; HTTP nodes reach any other — no platform is out of reach.
Real-time inbound call routing
Live, pre-connect routing of every inbound phone call. While the caller is still in ringback, your flow runs custom logic on any signal — caller number, geo, ad source, attribution, bot score, CRM lookup, lead score, time of day — and decides the outcome. Forward to one or many agents (with caller greeting, agent whisper, press-1 confirmation, configurable ring timeout). Play an IVR menu. Send to an agent queue with hold music and overflow handler. Voicemail with optional transcription, reject as busy, or ship custom TwiML for advanced verbs. The same custom-logic routing applies to form submissions, scheduler bookings, SMS, and inbound webhooks — but live call routing is where it lands hardest: every caller pre-qualified, attributed, and routed to the right agent before the first ring.
Native + custom integrations into any CRM/EHR
Native first-party connectors for GoHighLevel, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, and Keap. Anything else — including EHRs and niche CRMs — routes via HTTP Request or custom webhook nodes in APAS® Flows, or we'll build a dedicated connector for you. Unlimited real-time syncs of submissions, bookings, conversations, and calls, fully enriched with lead & bot scoring, with guaranteed delivery.
Never metered, never an add-on. Flows and runs are unlimited on every plan, and every run is captured node-by-node for full audit and one-click retry.
Privacy & Compliance
A complete privacy management module
Four screens that replace what is normally a consultant, a plugin subscription, and a spreadsheet. Consent banner. Build it in a visual editor — your logo, your colors, your wording — with a live preview of exactly what a visitor will see. Visitors accept or refuse each purpose independently, nothing is pre-ticked, and declining is no harder than accepting. Every answer comes back as a dated receipt carrying a fingerprint of the exact wording that was shown, so you can demonstrate not only that someone agreed but what they were agreeing to — and a full refusal is recorded the same way, which is the answer most worth being able to prove later. Privacy notice. The wording is written for you from your own settings — the main disclosure, plus a ready-made section for each regime: Europe and the UK, the US state laws, and the stricter consumer-health-data laws like Washington’s MHMDA. Each one describes how your account is actually configured rather than reciting boilerplate, so it says what you do. Paste it into your site, and take a fresh copy whenever you change a setting. It also hands you the two links your visitors are entitled to, already built: Delete My Data, which clears the identifiers from their browser on the spot and erases their analytics records from your warehouse within the hour, and Do Not Sell or Share, which stops their data reaching ad platforms from that moment. One click each, with no account, no login, and no explanation asked of them. Request register. When someone asks for their data, asks you to correct it, or asks to be removed, it lands in a register that counts from the day they asked — not the day someone got round to logging it. You can see what is due, what is late, and who dealt with it, with the extension rules built in. Anything they created by contacting you — a booking, an enquiry — stays a decision you make, not one a button makes for you. Privacy settings. Strict Mode strips the one-way hashed contact details ad platforms normally use for matching — what goes back is the platform’s own click reference, the conversion stage, and the value, never a name, email, or phone number. It applies account-wide, and it ratchets: anyone captured under Strict Mode stays stripped even if the setting later changes. Alongside it: whether every form, booking and quiz asks for consent, and what silence means for someone who was never asked. Every change is recorded server-side with who made it, when, and what it was before.
HIPAA-compliant throughout
One BAA with APAS® Cloud covers every platform layer — capture, storage, processing, AI inference, and ad activation. And the accounts holding your data are your own, so your BAAs with Google Cloud, PostHog, and Twilio are signed directly with them and stay yours. No compliance daisy-chain, no premium HIPAA tiers, no carve-outs. Built for healthcare and any organization handling regulated identifiers from day one.
GDPR compliance — documented end to end
Ask most vendors for their GDPR paperwork and you get a promise and a wait. APAS® Cloud already holds what a reviewer asks for: a written record of what data is processed and why, the data processing agreement, the list of every company involved and where they operate, and the procedure for what happens if something goes wrong — handed over when your legal or security team asks for them. Most vendors will tell you they are compliant. Fewer can send you the paperwork the same afternoon.
BigQuery data ownership — your warehouse, your access
Everything APAS® Cloud captures for you lands in your own BigQuery warehouse. You reach it whenever you like, export it, audit it, or take it elsewhere, without asking us and without an invoice for the privilege. Access is yours to grant and yours to withdraw. You create a service account in your own Google Cloud project and allow APAS® Cloud to act as it — nothing is downloaded, nothing is handed over, and no key of yours ever sits in our custody to be leaked. Revoke the permission in your own console and our access stops that moment, with no ticket and no involvement from us. Ownership you can act on, not just a line in a contract.
Onboarding · Support
We build it with you, not hand you a login
Onboarding is not a documentation link. The APAS® Cloud team provisions the parts that would otherwise stall you — your data warehouse, the pipelines feeding it, the ETL connectors, and the edge hostnames your tracking runs on — before and during setup. What is left for you is short and specific: sign the agreement, point two DNS records at us, add the tracking script, authorize your ad platforms and CRM, and build the first form or scheduler that fits your funnel. You are working on your own funnel, not on plumbing.
Engineering-backed support
Growth plans and up include a dedicated, private, HIPAA-compliant Slack channel with full access to the entire APAS® Cloud team — engineering included — and <1hr response times during business hours. Starter and Pro include standard in-platform and email support with next-business-day response. On every plan, feature requests go straight to the dev team and are prioritized on the roadmap.
* AI runs in your own Google Cloud project (Vertex AI); calls, texts & phone numbers on your own Twilio account; analytics on your own PostHog project (free for most; PostHog's BAA plan ~$250/mo for PHI). You own them outright — billed to you directly at cost, never marked up, never locked to us.
What APAS® Cloud replaces

The math, in one picture.

To match what APAS® Cloud does, you'd assemble a stack of vendors and hire a specialist team. Here's what that costs, side-by-side.

01
The stack isn't the hard part. The team is.
Even with the budget, you're hiring a backend dev, a data engineer, and a data analyst — all HIPAA-trained. That's $40k–$65k/mo before any tooling.
02
HIPAA tiers double or triple the bill.
Healthcare and adjacent verticals pay 2–3× more for compliant versions of the same tools (when offered at all). APAS® Cloud is HIPAA-grade from the first line of code — the BAA-covered edition runs 1.5x Standard, not double or triple.
03
12–24 months to reach Day-1 parity.
At $40k–$65k/mo in payroll alone, that's $500k–$1.5M spent before your build matches Day 1 of APAS® Cloud — and by then we're on tomorrow's problems. Every browser update, platform API change, and privacy regulation becomes your team's problem, forever.
Why the ladder starts at $500

APAS® Cloud wasn't built down to a price — it was built for growth-stage service businesses and up — the ones whose real alternative is the column on the left. We opened it to smaller organizations because the same infrastructure moves the needle for them too. Every account gets the entire platform, and $500/mo is the honest floor for handing you all of it: below that, we'd have to start cutting what the platform is — so we don't. In fact, at $500 we earn nothing at all — between the infrastructure we stand up and the engineering that goes into every single account, Starter costs us more than it bills. It exists so smaller organizations get the same engine to reach their targets.

Billing integrity

A flat investment. A provable return.

Your invoice is one line: the published price of the band your volume is in. Next to it, your ROI report shows what the platform actually produced: every closed-won deal carrying an APAS® ID, with the CRM record IDs and a copy-paste SQL query, verifiable in your own BigQuery or straight in your CRM. The investment stays flat; the proof keeps growing.

FAQ

The questions we get on every call.

A flat monthly price. Your band is set by how many enriched records the platform processes for you each month, in the edition you need — Standard, or HIPAA (BAA-covered) if your organization handles PHI. That single line is the entire invoice: no metered usage lines, no setup fees. Every band is 50% off list right now — our launch pricing, for the first 100 accounts. Join in that window and you keep that rate for the life of your account, even as list prices rise. Your AI runs in your own Google Cloud project, your calls and texts on your own Twilio account, and your analytics on your own PostHog, billed to you directly at cost — never on our invoice. Your card is verified and saved during setup, your first charge lands when your account goes live, and monthly invoices are paid via the saved card or ACH in the platform.
