Your agency portal is free. Every client account you run is billed monthly on its own plan, sized by the persons in it, to your agency or straight to your client, at your partner rate. Next you confirm your email and add your agency's card — verified and saved, not charged — then set up your agency and your first client account, whose first invoice is charged after your partner call.
